Barrie couple to transport 100th bike delivered by Canadian tourists
On the afternoon of December 22, in line at Pearson Airport three hours before their flight to Cuba, Jacqueline and Ralf Winter will be carrying with them some very special sporting goods luggage. On their way to their Cuban holiday on the beach of Guardalavaca, Jacqueline and Ralf will be transporting a used racing bike, destined for a high school cycling racing program in nearby Banes.
You may lament the end of summer — and pantsless cyclists — but here at dandyhorse we love crisp autumn rides and an excuse to indulge in hot chocolate. Kick-off the season in style with dandyhorse's first ever Food Issue at Parkdale's Parts & Labour on October 3rd.
**this is still contingent of city park staff approval but we have all got our fingers crossed and things look good.
This year, to help offset the costs to the organizers there will be a small charge of $5 to sit in the players boxes rinkside. Totally worth it for the best seats in the house!
As always please remember this is a family event. Everyone welcome so invite all your friends!
