BikesandTransit.com is a website encouraging recreational and commuter bicycle and transit travel across Toronto, the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. Here the spotlight is on local, inexpensive, "self-serve" cycling daytrip destinations. And the bus, subway, train, highway coach and/or ferry to get you there - and back!
What's "new" on BikesandTransit.com for 2010? - bike routes to view or download and follow in Google Maps and on Garmin personal GPS navigators! You can also print up and follow the site's Waterfront Trail maps, order regional bike maps - and come back every week for new bike routes via satellite!
So get right on it!... and go "inter-modal" today! Ride and park your bike at the subway or the GO Train to get to work... Take transit to the lakeshore or a nearby ravine for a wonderful evening ride... or, bring your bike with you on the bus, train or subway for a movie or dinner out.
